These are RARE hand-colored engravings of roses by Henry Andrews. They were published in London in 1821. Almost 200-year-old antique rose prints. This is a famous classic work of art, published on the rose. Each antique print, is a hand-colored copper plate engraving, on hand made rag paper.
Look closely at the photos, some creases from being bound on the left side due to the early 19th Century binding of the book. On the bottom, a couple of titles are trimmed due to book binder hand craftsmanship. Otherwise, excellent condition. The hand coloring is superb.
